Pricing — Choose Your Yatra Style

By Road (Trek/Pony/Palki) — 5D/4N

₹14,999 per person (₹20,000 before discount). Includes stay, meals as per plan, road transport, and yatra assistance. Final price varies by season, hotel category, and group size — confirm on enquiry.

Price varies: Kedarnath package cost depends on your departure city, hotel category (standard/deluxe), whether you choose trek/pony/palki/heli, and travel season. We quote transparently — no hidden charges after booking.

Choose Your Starting Point

• From Haridwar — Most popular; well-connected by rail/road, ideal first-night halt.

• From Rishikesh — Slightly closer to the hills; good for a calmer start to the yatra.

• From Delhi/Dehradun — We arrange pickup and add a night for road travel to Haridwar/Rishikesh before the main itinerary begins.

Tell us your city and we'll build the exact day plan and quote for you.

How Booking Works

1. Enquire — Message us on WhatsApp or fill the quote form with your travel dates and city.

2. Get a Custom Quote — We confirm live pricing, hotel category, and helicopter seat availability (if applicable).

3. Confirm with Advance Payment — Secure your dates with a partial advance; balance as per policy.

4. Travel with Support — We share your itinerary, driver/guide contact, and stay confirmation before departure, and remain reachable throughout your yatra.

Pickup, Drop & Transport

• Pickup points: Haridwar Railway Station, Rishikesh, or Dehradun (Delhi pickup arranged on request, with an added road day)

• Transport: AC/Non-AC vehicles depending on your package and group size

• Hill roads involve winding routes — we brief every traveler on realistic travel times before departure

• Drop back at the same city at the end of the yatra

Stay & Meal Details

• Stay at verified hotels/dharamshalas at Guptkashi, Sonprayag, and near the Kedarnath base, chosen for cleanliness, safety, and proximity to the route

• Rooms typically on multiple/double sharing; upgrade to private rooms available on request

• Meals as per the confirmed plan (usually breakfast & dinner); simple vegetarian food is standard across the yatra route

• Hot water and basic amenities may be limited at higher altitudes — we'll set correct expectations in advance

Best Time, Weather & Route Info

• Yatra season: Kedarnath Dham typically opens end-April/early-May and closes around Diwali (late Oct/Nov) — exact 2026 dates are announced by the Badrinath-Kedarnath Temple Committee closer to the season

• Best months: May–June and September–October offer clearer weather and moderate crowds; avoid peak monsoon (July–Aug) due to landslide risk on hill roads

• Route: Delhi/Haridwar/Rishikesh → Rudraprayag → Guptkashi → Sonprayag → Gaurikund → Kedarnath (trek/pony/palki/heli from Gaurikund or nearby heliports)

• Weather at Kedarnath can be cold even in summer — carry warm layers, rain gear, and comfortable trekking shoes

Safety, Medical & Senior Citizen Guidance

Kedarnath sits at a high altitude with a genuine trek involved, so we take safety seriously:

• A basic medical fitness check is advisable before the trek, especially for travelers with heart, lung, or mobility conditions

• Senior citizens and travelers who cannot trek can opt for pony, palki (palanquin), or helicopter — we help arrange whichever suits your comfort and budget

• Carry any regular prescription medicines, and inform your travel coordinator of existing medical conditions in advance

• We recommend travel insurance for high-altitude pilgrimages (not included in the package — can be arranged separately)

• Stay hydrated, walk at your own pace, and follow local guide instructions on the trek

This is general guidance, not medical advice — please consult your doctor if you have health concerns before undertaking the yatra.

Permits & Registration

• Biometric registration is currently mandatory for all Char Dham pilgrims, including Kedarnath, and is checked en route

• We assist with the registration process as part of your booking so you're not navigating it alone at the counter

• Carry a valid government photo ID (Aadhaar/Passport/Voter ID) for verification at checkpoints

Rules are set by the Uttarakhand Government/Char Dham Devasthanam Board and may be updated season to season — we'll keep you informed of the latest requirement at the time of your travel.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made well in advance of departure are eligible for a partial refund of the advance, subject to vendor (hotel/transport) cancellation terms

• Cancellations closer to the departure date attract higher deductions, as hotels and transport are pre-booked on your behalf

• Refunds for cancellations due to route closure, weather, or government restriction are handled case-by-case as per actual costs incurred

Ask us for the complete written cancellation policy before booking — we'll share it along with your quote so there are no surprises.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our by-road package starts at ₹14,999 per person for 5 Days/4 Nights. Final cost depends on your departure city, hotel category, and whether you add pony, palki, or helicopter. WhatsApp us for a live, exact quote.

A standard by-road yatra from Haridwar/Rishikesh takes about 5 days including travel. A helicopter-based trip can be completed in as little as 2 days/1 night.

The trek from Gaurikund is physically demanding, but senior citizens regularly complete the yatra using pony, palki, or helicopter instead of walking. We help plan the right option based on fitness level.

The trek from Gaurikund to Kedarnath is approximately 16–18 km one way, on a paved but steep mountain path.

No, it's optional. Helicopter is recommended for senior citizens, travelers with limited time, or anyone who prefers not to trek. Seats are limited and weather-dependent, so early booking helps.

A valid government photo ID (Aadhaar/Passport/Voter ID) and biometric registration, which is currently mandatory for all Char Dham pilgrims. We assist with this as part of your booking.

May–June and September–October are generally considered the best months, offering clearer weather and moderate crowd levels. Monsoon months (July–August) carry higher landslide risk on hill roads.

No. The temple typically opens around end-April/early-May and closes around Diwali (late October/November) due to heavy snowfall, reopening the following season.

Typically pickup/drop, road transport, hotel/dharamshala stay, specified meals, and yatra assistance including help with registration. Pony/palki/helicopter, personal expenses, and insurance are usually extra — we confirm exact inclusions in your quote.

Yes — many travelers combine Kedarnath with Badrinath as a "Do Dham" yatra. See our Char Dham packages for combined itineraries.

Yes, with the right planning. We recommend a basic medical check before travel, choosing pony/palki/helicopter over trekking, and informing us of any medical conditions in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Warm layers (even in summer), a rain jacket, comfortable trekking shoes, personal medicines, a power bank, and a government photo ID. Nights can be cold at higher altitude.

Helicopter rates vary by heliport (Phata/Sersi/Guptkashi) and change with seasonal demand and government-notified rates. WhatsApp us for today's live pricing and seat availability.
